Option to sort Catalogues manually by dragging

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently Catalogues are just there by order of installing, which is confusing, considering the number and type of different catalogues, and if one is reinstalled, it gets to the end of the list.

or to be able to sort the installed addons manually in whatever order we want, thus making us able to sort the library, the order of the sources for the movies/series, the order of the sources for subtitles.. etc
