Default Playback Speed

I would like an option to set the default playback speed, or at least remember playback speed between episodes. Also, I would like to set the playback speeds beyond the 1.25, 1.5, 1.75 2.0 that we currently have.

Another option could be to allow us to default to an external player like VLC which does have those kind of options perhaps.

This is for the windows app.

Just commenting to say that I also would really really love to see the basic functionality of Stremio remembering previous playback speed.
