[Feature request]Keyboard shortcuts for playback speed.

Hi,

It would be nice to have keyboard shortcuts for increasing/decreasing playback speed. For eg. the keyboard shortcut for this on youtube is Shift+<(To decrease playback speed) and Shift+>(To increase playback speed)

Shortcuts would be good, I would also like to be able to set a default playback speed for every video to start at, or atleast remember the speed between videos, thanks!

Might I suggest some popular shortcuts

j	Seek backward 10 seconds in player.
l	Seek forward 10 seconds in player.
k	Pause/Play in player.
m	Mute/unmute the video.
.	While the video is paused, skip to the next frame.
,	While the video is paused, go back to the previous frame.
>	Speed up the video playback rate by 0.25x.
<	Slow down the video playback rate by 0.25x.
c	Activate closed captions and subtitles if available. To hide captions and subtitles, activate C again.
