Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Feature request: Allow user to sync embedded subtitles. Embedded subtitles are sometimes out of sync, also subtitle delay is a personal preference.

Describe alternatives you've considered Not much here, subtitle manual sync is already implemented, need just to enable for all subtitles

Additional context Currently, the manual sync feature is enabled only on add-ons, relying on that embedded subs are already in perfect sync, altought this works most of the time, sometimes they are slight out of sync. It is specially annoying when they are advanced, and maybe I want to set the delay as my personal preference. Currently, if I want to adjust the delay for my preference I need to rely on add-ons, which are not aways available and has lower quality overall and are a lot more out of sync.

Embedded subtitles are "burned in" to a video file, which means they are a permanent part of the video stream and cannot be changed or manipulated. In contrast, subtitles provided by an add-on are separate files that a player like Stremio can read and display, allowing you to adjust their appearance, timing, and other settings.

In short, if you want to customize your subtitles, always choose the ones provided by an add-on.
