5.0.5 Beta and Web App - Virtual Keyboard Shortcuts No Longer Working

Describe the bug

I've always used this Remote, Mouse & Keyboard Pro app to control my Windows Stremio player from my iPhone, https://apps.apple.com/za/app/remote-mouse-keyboard-pro/id884153085. However, with the latest Stremio beta (and web app), none of the keyboard shortcuts are registered from within the Stremio player so I can't skip forward, pause or adjust volume etc. The trackpad feature still remains functional but no keyboard shortcuts work. I think this might be due to a change in the way that the new Stremio player interacts with virtual keyboards, as using a physical keyboard still works as expected. I've also tested the remote app with a keyboard tester and all keyboard shortcuts are registered as expected, so the issues is definitely Stremio related. I have reverted to Stremio 4 for the time being.

Some examples:

• Pressing F while navigating Stremio or playing content should toggle fullscreen. This doesn’t work in Stremio 5/Web. It works as expected in Stremio 4.
• Pressing directional keys navigates the Stremio 5/Web menu correctly.
• Pressing directional keys in the Stremio 5/Web player should adjust volume and skip backwards/forwards, this doesn’t work.
• Pressing spacebar doesn’t pause/play video content in the Stremio 5/Web player.
• Pressing return in the Stremio 5/Web menu works correctly and enters the relevant content.

Whilst using an actual physical keyboard all shortcuts and single keys work as expected in Stremio 5/Web. All keyboard shortcuts from within the Remote Pro app work as expected with Stremio 4. The developer of the Remote app pointed out that Stremio 5/Web must have changed the way it intercept/handles keyboard strokes.

To Reproduce

1. Open Stremio
2. Select a stream
3. Use any keyboard shortcut from within Remote, Mouse & Keyboard Pro
4. No keyboard shortcuts are registered

Expected behavior

Pressing keyboard shortcuts from within the Remote, Mouse & Keyboard Pro app should register functionality within the Stremio 5.0.5 Beta / Web app. This works as expected in Stremio 4.

@TRtomasz just checking if this is on your radar. Stremio 5 and Stremio Web don't recognise virtual keyboard inputs apart from trackpad inputs. Still using Stremio 4 due to this. Thanks.
