Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When i add shows to the library, those which get new episodes constantly show up on continue watching when the new episode arrives. This is fine for the series that I've started watching, but not for series that I haven't even started.

Describe the solution you'd like The notifications should be off by default until the series starts being watched by the user, then they should be automatically turned on.

Describe alternatives you've considered No alternative solution, just to manually disable and reenable notifications for all the shows in the library
