Bug: Paused video unpauses when TV opens screensaver - nVidia Shield

I just had this happen. I'm not sure if it is a fluke. The remote control was on a side table and was not touched at all. My phone does not have the app installed or used, and the phone was on the same side table anyways.

I started a video and paused it a few minutes in. It went to screensaver and the audio started playing again. I woke the Shield Pro ( latest version ) and the video had advanced.

So there seems to exist, some condition, where the video will unpause when the screensaver opens.

edit: Yes, every time the screensaver opens, the video unpauses keeping the screensaver on screen but playing the audio.
