No subtitles options showing up on certain shows on lg tv.

It seems that when it try to change the subtitle on my lg tv there usually is no subtitles however on the off chance that there are subtitles for a a certain show there wont be any English subtitles. However when i try to watch on any other device such as my laptop computer or phone it seems that all the subtitle options are there and it is working just fine.

What do you mean by 'there are no subtitles' Is there any error messsage? Please do not open subtitles view straight away it takes a moment for subtitles to load and this view is not refreshed automatically so if you open it too fast it will look like you have no subtitles

It seems like LG WebOS has an issue where it can't load embedded subtitles in non x264 vídeos, it's already reported on Reddit
