[Windows] - Can't use drop menus when using Xbox controller

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'any drop menu when using an xbox controller'
2. Click on '..menu box..'
3. See error

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

When pressing A, you should use the drop menu when highlighted
