Stremio app crashes on LG C3 TV with "App will now restart to free up memory"

Describe the bug
After a few minutes of streaming on the Stremio app, the app crashes and restarts with the message “App will now restart to free up memory”. This happens on different streams and only started occurring about two weeks ago. The issue appears to be specific to the Stremio WebOS app, as other apps and the Stremio web version on the same TV continue to work normally.
To Reproduce
Open the Stremio app on LG C3 TV (WebOS24 / 9.2.2-61).
Start streaming any content.
After a few minutes, the app shows the memory warning and restarts.
Expected behavior
The stream should continue playing without the app restarting.

Issue started about two weeks ago; the app worked fine previously.

Other apps (YouTube, Netflix, Web Browser) work normally.

Stremio web version on the same TV works without issues.

Troubleshooting steps already taken:
--Used the “Free up memory” tool on TV --Ensured plenty of storage available --Unplugged TV for a couple of minutes. --Full factory reset of the TV, reinstalling the app afterwards.
Same issue here since a few days on my LG C2, tried all the troubleshooting steps you mentioned as well, still crashing the TV.
from the reports we're getting it seems like LG made a bad WebOS update that broke their video player and OS in various ways, we didn't make any recent update, and the last 2 updates we did make could not affect anything in this way, so users need to wait for LG to release more updates to fix whatever they broke / changed
I get this behaviour on a LG BX when I use clouflare server in Real debrid. Does not happen if I switch to automatic (but I lose the cloudflare server better speeds).
