[Bug]: Stremio Loads Wrong Subtitles When Playing Next Episode on LG TV Browser

Describe the bug
Problem:
When using Stremio Web on an LG TV browser, the subtitles from the previous episode are incorrectly applied to the next episode. It seems like the player caches the subtitles from the first episode and does not reset or reload them when a new episode starts. As a result, users are unable to select different subtitles for the next episode.
To Reproduce
Steps to Reproduce:

Open Stremio Web on an LG TV browser.

Start playing an episode and select subtitles.

Allow the next episode to play automatically or manually start another episode.

Observe that the previous episode's subtitles are still applied, and there is no option to select different subtitles.
Expected behavior
When a new episode starts, the player should reset or reload the subtitle selection instead of caching the previous episode’s subtitles. / Users should be able to choose new subtitles for each episode independently.
