[Bug]: Subtitles reverting back to not being on after being turned on

Describe the bug
Since the latest update, after turning on subtitles for any video the subtitles instantly revert to being off after exiting subtitle selection.
To Reproduce
Try to manually turn on subtitles for any video. It will revert to not being on.
Expected behavior
Subtitles being manually turned on.

Happening to me too. Very frustrating. Tizen8 platform (Samsung tv). Sometimes subtitles will stay in for 15 seconds or so, but it's like they are crashing. Even turning them off in the interface you can see them turn on them immediately off from the green indicator dot. Turning them in a couple of times in the menu can sometimes get them to work for 15-30 seconds if you're lucky.
I am also getting this all the time on LG TV.
Sometimes the subtitles stay on for a short while (15 seconds) but then they just stop and when I go back in they are no longer selected.
I had my primary and secondary language set to "none" in the stremio settings (due to previous issue of subtitles always defaulted on). Since I've chosen a language here now, instead of none, subtitles are stable; albeit I have to turn them off everytime I start a new stream.

I can confirm this. I have English subtitles chosen as the default now. These work and do not turn off part way through. However, they are always shown whatever the audio so I have to turn them off when viewing content with English audio.
