Logs and ips

In my logs i can see what videos are being pulled, but i cant see by who.

I want a way to easily view what content is being loaded by which ip. Is there a way to see this in logging that i dont know.

In my setup i have multiple users on the same server and i want to monitor it. Sorry for the noob question.
