Doesn't remember settings

When I change the settings of Change-Colors I don't see a 'save' button. Closing the preferences page makes the changes stick, but when I restart Chrome, it forgot all settings. Is there any other way to set the preferences and make them stick?

I am having the same problem. The program does not remember my settings after closing Chrome. It did, until yesterday.
