Change Colors doesn't work with locally downloaded pages. I use wget for prefetching the web before traveling, and I also keep local copies of things like the Java API for snappiness.

It'd be great to be able to apply these settings to all my local webpages. I suppose I could throw up a webserver at localhost as a workaround.
