can not use in chrome 67

the edge release can't work in chrome 67.

The cause is that this extension does not to support the version 2 of manifest for chrome extensions which is required in chrome 67.
No permission to commit a PR to this repository. You can please get the updated version of this extension from https://github.com/anorqiu9/Change-Colors/tree/manifest_v2
