Use just one function not all?

I was looking for a way to only change the visited link color, and this seems to do that well. BUT, that's the only function I want to change. Is there a way to do that? It seems like you have to do all or nothing. If I turn off "Use web page colors" then I can't have it change the color of the visited links. But on most pages with "use web page colors" turned on, it deletes the entire backgrounds and does some screwy things.
