Realistic Parking Brake mode not working correctly

The realistic parking brake mode doesn't seem to be operating correctly. The parking brake lever should not engage if the toe brakes are not both pressed while pulling the lever. If toe brakes are pressed while the parking brake is engaged, it should disengage the parking brake.
