Standardize Colors

Display colors such as green, blue, amber, and magenta are not exactly the same across displays since they come from different sources. Also need to standardize fonts and fix some number textures (weird decimal spacing, etc)

Display textures come from a variety of sources and vary between displays. We should eventually adjust them to match and make sure the colors are accurate. We can also consider increasing the resolution of the display panel and all the textures so it looks better. All of this would be after v1.
