Why is there no id in your command?

Oh. Why would you redact that?! I have just tried It with version 3.42.0 and It's still not giving me the hex.

Why are getting a hex anyway, the cell should contain the message, not the hex, right?

I don't know about dracut-efi and I don't have It but how I did It is, I have a dracut.conf with the options you said but the normal dracut command...

You can just have that one entry in the efi and It will automatically get updated and you won't need to change It.
