Can PendSV handle hibernate?

If PendSV is the lowest priority, hibernate can set a flag to indicate to the PendSV handler to deepsleep but not change the context. The deepsleep will happen with the lowest IRQ priority and allow any enabled interrupt to wake the processor (assuming PendSV is set to the lowest IRQ priority and others are slightly above).
