Does not work / very badly mangled output

The resulting html is badly mangled. Doxygen 1.8.11. header files looks very wrong.

I use this project with Jekyll page generator and github pages. You will probably have to customize the header.html and footer.html files to fit your specific needs. You can look at the source for this page and get an idea of what those files need to look like: view-source:http://stratifylabs.co/StratifyLib/html/

For better or for worse you rank high on Google for "doxygen theme" and as a public repo it would be more responsible to indicate this clearly in the readme.md (just so others don't spend time wondering why is this broken/incomplete).
