Move to mobx organization?

Hey @mweststrate, just finished work on this new plugin. Could you please donate some time and make a review for idea of this plugin? Is it good enough to be part of mobx organization instead of https://github.com/mobxjs/babel-plugin-mobx-deep-action?

I just thought a little about replacement of mobx-deep-action. If developer uses fast-async transpilation, instead of async-to-gen, then mobx-deep-action become more useful than this plugin
