Implement Udev-TTY backend.

This PR implements the Udev-TTY backend so that Strata can be launched directly from the TTY or a login manager like SDDM. This is based on an enum called Backend which currently has two backends: Udev and Winit. Very much inspired from COSMIC. Closes #76
