Publish vtfview in an appimage

vtfview should be packaged as an appimage because it needs the Qt libraries and whatnot. Just annoying that it's a zip file.

the vtex2 cli doesn't need this because it's fully statically linked

Perhaps we could opt for a Flatpak instead?
