Enhancement: Attachment Point Offset Keyvalue

Currently using the Attachment Point keyvalue always maintains the entity's offset and the only way to teleport the entity to the attachment point is through commands. We should be able to control how the offset is handled with an option like Teleport or Maintain Offset

To clarify, the keyvalue is a HammerAddons feature, but it's simply an easier interface to an existing feature - parentname = "ent_name,attachment_point. Which always maintains offset.
