Bug: CSM shadows do not render on vertical faces with a PBR texture applied
Describe the bug
When a CSM shadow is projected onto a vertical PBR material, the shadows do not render and instead use lightmaps. However, PBR materials that are horizontal do show CSM shadows, unless they were spawned vertically and then rotated. I am on the staging branch.

I think you map is missing assets?
"materials/pbr/walltile_64_mrao.vtf": can't be found on disk
did I not pack that file? whoops. Ill rebuild the map and properly pack it this time
