Bugs: Hammer Lighting preview/misc 3d view bugs

Describe the bug

With the new update, many new hammer visual bugs have emerged.

ISSUE 1: Shaded textured polygons is very bright image here is a 3d textured view for comparison: image

ISSUE 2: Lighting preview works, but has many void-ish areas image

ISSUE 3: Lighting preview has a lot of ghosting, and some props show up through walls image

ISSUE 4: Raytraced view has artifacts all over the screen image

ISSUE 5: Lights in the Lighting preview show up through props image

ISSUE 6: Light is much darker in the preview than in the game (in game this entire vent is bathed in red light) image

ISSUE 7: 3D view can get very small if the window is resized image

ISSUE 8: Light spot does not show up in raytraced view and makes everything red image

To Reproduce

  1. Open any map or create a new map
  2. recreate the scenarios seen above
  3. observe

When I do the scenarios listed above, it should look like how in-game looks
