Bug: Hammer dotted outline doesn't wrap around entire keyvalue

Describe the bug

This is only a very minor issue, but in Hammer's object properties window, the dotted outline around the selected keyvalue does not always wrap around the entire keyvalue. I'll provide a video to show what I mean.

To Reproduce

1. Load a hammer map
2. Open the "Object Properties" window of a light or static prop (really anything that has a "color" keyvalue)
3. Select the "color" keyvalue

I think it's specifically color keyvalues since they have a colored background added there. Not sure if this is going to be fixed since it's a minor visual issue and all the Hammer UI will be redone eventually
