Check for Problems reports all instances as having a missing file

Describe the bug

Using instances causes an unresolvable error message while using Check for problems by pressing ALT + P in Hammer Editor

To Reproduce

1. Open the example maps provided by Valve

2. Press "ALT + P" to check for problems

Issue Map

Any map, but you can check the official Valve ones in sdk_content folder of Portal 2 main game.

Expected Behavior

The error shouldn't happen or display at all since everything works fine

This should only appear for instances pointing to an invalid/missing file, but it seems like it's appearing for all of them instead. The error not having a fix available is intended - if the instance was actually missing, what would that do?
