Describe the bug

Toggling the console in the commentary editor causes a crash.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Launch game with -tools
  2. Select commedit
  3. Press tilde
  4. Observe crash

Expected behavior

Toggling the console should not crash the game in commedit
