beam_spotlight is dimmer in P2:CE.
After compiling a map made in Portal 2's hammer with P2CE, I noticed how the beam_spotlights looked much dimmer than in Portal 2. Here is an example (using the exact same values for both):

Investigated this to get some context. This isn't caused by hammer or the compiler, the entity itself is just different. I tested this in sp_a3_01

This needs testing to see if it still happens, and if so, moved over to the Chaos-Source issue tracker.
