Enhancement: Projected Texture / CSM sharpness value

Describe your enhancement suggestion in more detail
A new keyvalue for env_projected_texture & env_cascade_light that can control the sharpness of the light. This could also be controlled in real time by a new input on the entities.
Additionally, it would be nice for to control the 'focus' of the light, being able to have sharp shadows near the light entity and more diffuse ones further away.
How should this take graphics settings into consideration? What happens at different shadow quality settings, for example?
