Fix displacement window briefly appearing when starting Hammer

When Hammer is launched, the displacement page of the face edit sheet appears briefly before being replaced by the main window. This has always bugged me. See if you can fix it.

Still does this although the window contents no longer render, you can still see "face edit sheet" on the titlebar though
