Feature: Hammer 'from a distance' audio previewer

Source allows for bounce audio through Steam Audio. it would be nice to preview this audio inside Hammer. the way It'd probably work is that you open hammer's audio viewer, move around in hammer and play the audio, it'd then act like in game where the audio is broadcast from the position of the audio to the position of the camera.
Note: this should be much easier to implement now that we have engineaudio integrated into hammer
