Feature: Utilise Steam Audio for real-time DSP effects

Describe your suggestion
As it stands the CS:GO engine does not utilise Steam Audio's DSP simulation features. Instead it just uses Steam Audio as an audio back-end. It would yield significant benefit to implement the real-time DSP simulation features Steam Audio offers as well as adding the ability to specify surface properties in materials to affect the simulations of that material's accoustics.
