Bug: Cordons freeze hammer and corrupt the map

Describe the bug

Sometimes cordon have weird bugs, these include: -> Some brushes don't dissapear when one area is in a cordon. The brushes aren't in the cordon nor have ANY part of them in the cordon. -> Saving the map with a cordon enabled sometimes can freeze hammer and corrupt the map deleting everything from the vmf file.

Issues with map corruption where half the vmf is deleted have been fixed. Not sure if the other issues listed have been fixed
