Entity Report settings don't save

Describe the bug

The settings at the bottom of the Entity Report window don't save upon closing and reopening it.

To Reproduce

  1. Open the Entity Report window
  2. Type something into one of the boxes
  3. Close the window
  4. Reopen it
  5. The entered text is gone

Expected Behavior

The settings should save

Operating System

Tested on Windows 10
