Fix oversized Times Used column in model browser

The Times Used column in the model browser starts out extremely big, about the same size as the model name column, and resets to this every time Hammer is restarted. This doesn't need that much space and isn't particularly useful info to begin with. The column should default to much smaller, such as this: Perhaps change the text to "uses" or something so it fits within this size.
