Bug: Color picker is broken on 4:3 screens (and multiple monitors)

Looks it like this

To Reproduce

1. Set 4:3 resolution/Connect second monitor
2. Open some color setting (Custom portal color for example)

Expected Behavior

It should be full sized, not cropped
