Bug: func_dustmotes & func_dustcloud are nonfunctional

any func_dustmotes or func_dustcloud entirely fail to function.

Any map containing any func_dustmotes or func_dustcloud.

To Reproduce

1. create a func_dustmotes or func_dustcloud
2. load the map
3. notice how there is no dustcloud or dustmotes

as in the origin keyvalue appears, or as in the brush works without it, or something else? this could be some kind of issue on my end, but I can't tell what the issue would actually be.

it's a brush entity, there is no origin kv

All entities do have origins, it's just that most brush ents don't show them. But these ents have a bug where if they're not at the origin they don't position the dust right.
