Bug: light_rt and light_rt_spot aren't affected by the style parameter when using dynamic direct lighting
Describe the bug
The appearance parameter on both light entities doesn't currently affect the light at run time if the light is set to Static Bounce or Fully Dynamic. However, setting the style using the pattern parameter or changing it at run time with inputs does correctly affect the light. This means that light style presets don't work with dynamic lights, and have to be configured manually.

To Reproduce
- Run the map and open it in game
- Observe how the blue light doesn't flicker
