Bug: Clustered Lights With Shadows Enabled Ignore Prop/Brush Ent Shadows KV
Describe the bug
If you have an rt_ light placed behind a prop/brush entity whose' "Cast Shadows" KV is set to false, the light will still be blocked by said prop/brush entity. This is also affects any variant of the dynamic lighting in which shadows or bounce lighting is set. I believe purely static lights are unaffected by this.

To Reproduce
- Have a map in which any
_rtlight is placed behind a prop or brush entity that has it's casting shadows KV set to false - Run the map
- Witness the shadows still being cast.
