Bug: getpos_exact always returns 0 for the pitch

Describe the bug

(Tested in Momentum Mod 0.10.0-pre40)

The pitch component of setang_exact in the output of getpos_exact always returns 0

To Reproduce

1. Look in a direction with nonzero pitch
2. Type getpos_exact in console
3. Execute the command's result in console
4. Observe how your pitch is zeroed out
