Bug: Bad entity model lighting origins in maps

Describe the bug

Entities that make use of legacy assets will have invalid model lighting origins/illumpositions in places that are otherwise well-lit, even with CSM enabled. This seems to primarily occur on v20 and v21 maps? BSP v25 is also affected.

  1. Mount AppId 220 (hl2, episodic, ep2) in mounts.kv
  2. map ep2_outland_12
  3. Drive to the sawmill

Models should be lit correctly

Windows 11 2024 Update Beta Channel - 10.0.26100.4520 (ge_release_svc_betaflt_prod1.250618-1527) amd64fre

Running on a machine with a Ryzen 7 9700X, 32 GB of DDR5 RAM and a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4060 WindForce OC, 8 GB VRAM
