Bug: shooting a func_breakable_surf visual is broken

Describe the bug

https://discord.com/channels/663715905267564564/771063726555660312/1374311072361615390 (I can't send it on github) when shoot a "func_breakable_surf", it's don't destroy the thing and there is some "particle" (I guess or something like" drop but it's all (I'm on clustered branch)

To Reproduce

1.open a map (like escape_01) 2. shoot him 3. see the bug
