Bug: Using `cam_smooth` and walking through a portal can orient your view incorrectly.
Describe the bug
Using the cam_smooth cvar while walking through a portal which isn't rotated the same as the other will make your view become disoriented.

From what I can tell, the issue here is that the player's camera is oriented correctly when going through a portal, however the camera that is used by cam_smooth is not automatically rotated. Because of this, the camera needs to rotate itself when walking through the portal, but does it slowly, making the view choppy and not ideal for any sorts of cinematics or trailers.

Any map will work as long as you can open at least 2 portals which are not rotated the same way.

To Reproduce
- Set the CVAR
cam_smoothto1 - Open 2 portals which are not rotated the same way.
- Walk through one of the portals.
