Bug: Hammer Particle Browser cuts off particles

Describe the bug

In the Hammer Particle Browser Particles get cut-off and doesn't show the whole particle.

To Reproduce

1. Open Hammer
2. Place a info_particle_system down and open the properties
3. Click on Browse Particle in Particle System Name
4. Notice that Particles get cutoff
