Enhancement: Make path_vphysics capable of being parented to a moving object

Pretty self explanatory, allow path_vphysics to be parented to an object that moves. Could be good for crazy rotating vactube contraptions, or even for out-of-the-box applications (like using a portal to move the air coming from the gel fans in my P2CE competition map)
