deleting enabled cordons hides everything in map

Describe the bug

Deleting a cordon while it is enabled causes everything in the map to disappear. Everything can be brought back by placing a new cordon. https://youtu.be/eiOzLsKGigo

To Reproduce

1.Place a cordon 2. Enable the cordon 3. Delete the cordon 4. Placing a new cordon will start making things appear again
